Lumio retains ownership of underlying code, templates, and design systems. Clients receive a license to use their site while subscribed, and own the content they provide (logos, photos, copy).
Cancel your monthly subscription anytime with 30 days written notice. No refunds for partial months or completed setup work. Your site goes offline at the end of your final paid month.
Services are provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime, search rankings, lead generation, or specific business outcomes, though we strive for high-quality, reliable work.
Disputes are resolved first by good-faith discussion, then binding arbitration in Okaloosa County, Florida. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
