Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Lumio Software or third parties.

Intellectual Property

All website designs, code, and content produced by Lumio Software remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Lumio Software is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
